Date changes for non-refundable bookings

We allow guests to change dates:

1. Once for their booking, 7 days or more before check-in
2. For the same or higher price as their original booking
3. For the same booking conditions and room type

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: full accommodation amount re-imbursed.
2. Cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% of total accommodation amount re-imbursed.
3. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total accommodation amount charged.

Cancellation Exceptions

1. Grace Period : No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
2. Advance Cancellation : No fees charged for bookings cancelled 4 weeks before arrival

Guest Payment Options

1. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Cash

Children policies

1. We welcome children over the age of 16 years.
2. No special rates apply to children over the age of 16 years.

Internet

1. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

1. Parking on the premises is free

Check-in, check-out

1. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
2. Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Damage policy options

1. Guests aren’t required to pay a damage deposit

House Rules

1. Smoking is not allowed
2. Pets are not allowed
3. Parties/events are not allowed
4. There are no set quiet hours
5. 30+ night stays (monthly stays)
6. We accept reservations for stays longer than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 90 nights
